Today we were honored to cater for the Odyssey Project Graduation ceremony held at The National Museum of Mexican Art. The Odyssey Project is a program that gives individuals with limited access to higher learning the opportunity to obtain college credit in Humanities from University of Chicago Illinois.

We provided our Pumpkin Cornbread, Desmond Special (Wild Rice Meatballs in Cranberry Salsa), Three Sisters Tamale, Medicine Berry Mousse and Sage Mint Tea.

The compliments I received really warmed my heart. When someone's Abuelita sends their daughter over to ask me how I made the perfect masa... Well that's a very high compliment. So many people were amazed by the food and explosion of flavors despite the simplicity of the dishes.

Thank you for allowing me to reciprocate the appreciation and love.
